Cold Water Club

With the rising popularity of cold water swimming and a growing awareness of the many health benefits of this sport, we’ve created a space to try it for yourself and meet like-minded people.  

Join our club for £15 a month to enjoy a swim every Tuesday or Friday morning between 9-10. Taking place in our saltwater main pool, this is a friendly and welcoming space to try out a cold dip for the first time or meet up with the friends you swim with daily.  

Cold water swimming has numerous health benefits. It reduces inflammation, and increases immunity, even giving the body an increased tolerance to stress. As well as boosting confidence and a sense of well-being, the cold sensation engages your nervous system focusing your awareness on the present and contributing to a mindful state. Cold water swimmers regularly report a sense of joy and energy after a dip, this is due to the release of dopamine from the combination of exercise and cold exposure.  

Why not try it out? A morning dip is a great way to set you up for the day. Bring a friend, take the plunge, and warm up with hot drinks and treats for sale in our poolside café afterwards.
