Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Jubilee Pool Penzance Limited and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

With more than 48 hours’ notice – your booking can be refunded with an administration fee of 50p OR amended to a more suitable date within the booking month with no charge.

Under 48 hours’ notice – we will be happy to move your booking to a more suitable date within the booking month. No refunds are available.

After the session you have booked has Started – no refund or amendment is available.

Please note we do not process refunds for bad weather unless your session is canceled

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.

In addition to these terms, this site is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and the law that applies to these terms is the law that applies to where you reside.

Parish Under 16 scheme

The management reserve the right to revoke individual membership of the scheme if there are persistent behavioural issues, supervision requirements are not met or the membership is proven to be fraudulently used. 

The under 16 scheme excludes one off events and premium activities outside of general swim timetable

Membership dose not constitute guaranteed entry and all admissions are subject to availability. 

Replacement member cards can be replaced at a cost of £1.00 per card.
