The grade 2 listed lido Jubilee pool (Cornish: Poll Jubile) in Penzance is recognised as the finest surving example of its type.

Desgighned in the early 1930s by Captain F Latham, the Borough Engineer. Its bult upon a tradiyional bathing spot at Battery Rocks. Many describe it as one of the most unusual and pleasingly designed Art deco lidos of the era.

In 2017, the operation of the pool was taken over by Jubilee Pool Penzance Ltd, a community run social enterprise, enabling the pool to be run for the community by the community. SAVE OUR LIDO!

To be sustainable and here for years to come, Jubilee Pool are welcoming creative ways to use this incredible space even when the sun isn't shining!

After the success of last summers' Sunday sundowners, 'Where The Wild Things Are' return lido side with a number of SS24 dates. we've weatherproofed the evenings this summer with full access to the indoor cafe space with our resident Dj's and a host of special guests.
