A structured Pool based workout incorporating technique tips, stamina, and stroke improvements. Perfect for anyone that would like a friendly group session with some pointers and a good workout. Please plan to arrive and check in at the kiosk and be ready on poolside a few minutes before the start of the session, where Naomi will greet you!
Suitable for swimmers:

That are able to swim continuous front crawl, for 50m (2 lengths of a standard pool)
