Please plan to arrive and be ready on poolside a few minutes before the start of the session, where Naomi will greet you!

Suitable for swimmers: 

  • That are able to swim continuous front crawl, for 50m (2 lengths of a standard pool) 

  • Those that want to improve stamina  

  • Event training 

  • Swim practice in a safe environment.  

Please swim in compliance with designated lane directions, and tutor instructions. 

Please note this session is held in the main pool
